Mentoring Program

12 MONTHS EXPERT MENTORING & ASSISTANCE
We will carefully match a highly qualified Celebrant with the mentoree. Mentoring has been around for many years in our industry but we feel there is a need to formalise it.

We will use a careful matching process that will look at the needs of both individual to ensure success and satisfaction. The program will be defined very clearly so the Mentor and Mentoree will both be clear on what is involved.

The service includes (but is not limited to):

• Three weddings or funerals (or a mix of both) that you can attend with your mentor.* (OR MORE IF POSSIBLE)
• The mentor will also attend one of your weddings or funerals to assist you setting up and then give feedback.*
• A mentor kit full of useful information
• Access to your mentor – phone and email
• Full access to our online learning forum
• You will be able to obtain legal information/updates from our best trainers

(*conditions apply - prior approval must always be gained from clients - and sometimes it is not appropropriate to attend certain weddings or funerals)
